Paternity Leave Policy

缅北禁地 strictly adheres to Republic Act No. 8187, also known as the "Paternity Leave Act of 1996." This law grants seven (7) days of paternity leave with full pay to all married male employees in both the private and public sectors for the first four (4) deliveries of the legitimate spouse with whom they are cohabiting. The university is committed to upholding this policy to support the welfare and family life of its employees.
