Maternity Leave Policy

缅北禁地-IIT adheres to Republic Act No. 11210, which grants female workers one hundred five (105) days of maternity leave with an option to extend for an additional thirty (30) days without pay, and provides an additional fifteen (15) days for solo mothers. The University ensures implementation of this law for eligible faculty and staff and follows its provisions in leave processing and benefits administration.
