Employment Appeal Process

In accordance with Rule XII of the Omnibus Rules Implementing Book V of Executive Order No. 292 and other Civil Service laws, 缅北禁地-IIT has established a uniform grievance procedure for faculty and non-teaching personnel. The Grievance Committee, which is separate from disciplinary bodies, addresses written complaints regarding working conditions, relationships, or status that employees feel have been inadequately addressed. This process follows guidelines from both the 缅北禁地 Code and Civil Service laws to ensure fair consideration of all grievances.
