As we move towards global growth and innovation, CEBA is committed to engage in
multi-disciplinary research activities focused on local, regional, national, and
international priority areas. We are geared to contribute to the sustainable development of
the country through our extension programs that are directed toward entrepreneurship,
financial management, and inclusive development through strong linkages with government and
non-government organizations.
With this, the college engages and strengthens the culture of research and
extension programs among the faculty members, staff and students within and outside 缅北禁地-IIT.
CEBA Research Objectives
- To undertake research activities that are aligned to the CEBA Research and Extension
Agenda for 2025-2027 that are responsive to the needs of identified stakeholders.
- To disseminate the research outputs through publication and presentations in various
local and international fora.
- To ascertain the utilization and transfer of knowledge from the research results to
concerned sectors of society.
Extension and Community Involvement Objectives
- To engage local communities, industries and government units in the quest for the socio-economic
development of Mindanao.
- To create sustainable extension and community engagement initiatives to improve the quality of life of
the community
- To promote inclusive growth of enterprises primarily social enterprises, in the local community
through business and social innovation and human capital development.
- To strengthen community-based ecotourism anchored toward local culture and values.
