Qualifications:
- At least
Bachelor’s degree graduate
- At least
graduate of 4-year allied course
- Knowledge and
skills of statistical tools (i.e., SPSS, MPLUS, EQS)
- Familiarity
with data analysis, surveys, or psychometric instruments is an
advantage
- Ability to
work independently and collaboratively within a research team
- Strong
written communication skills
- Willingness
to learn new tools, frameworks, and research methodologies
- Strong time
management skills and attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects and
reviews related literature
- Assists in
the collection of data and surveys
- Organizes and
clean data
- Assists in
the encoding of research paper revisions
- Assists in
the preparation of progress/accomplishment reports
- Prepares
communications and financial documents (TO, DV, PR, JOR, etc.)
- Performs
statistical analyses of data (i.e., Exploratory Structural Equation
Modeling; Confirmatory Factor Analysis; Regression) using MPLUS and SPSS
software
- Performs
other tasks related to the project as assigned by the Project
Leader
