Qualifications:
- A minimum of
a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business
Administration in Marketing Management or Economics, or a related
discipline from a reputable university
- At least
above average grades in college
- Have at least
1 year of job experience related to research
- Demonstrated
experience in academic or applied research, particularly in
entrepreneurship, community development, or similar areas.
- Familiarity
with research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
- Relevant
experience in data collection, tabulation and analysis.
- Proficiency
in statistical analysis software for quantitative data
analysis
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills for contacting offices, data
gathering, preparing reports, and communicating research
findings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather data
by contacting relevant offices and setting appointments.
- Perform data
collection tasks and organize information through systematic
tabulation.
- Prepare
detailed reports and documents needed like reimbursements, liquidation
reports etc.
- Process
travel authority for data gathering with the team.
- Assist in
field data gathering by conducting interviews or surveys with women
entrepreneurs within the community.
- Maintain
accurate records of all research documents and participant information for
the duration of the project.
- Support the
project leader in executing tasks related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem
project.
