Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree graduate in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related
field
- Knowledge of web development technologies (familiarity with frameworks
is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of databases and data management (e.g., MySQL,
PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with data analysis, surveys, or psychometric instruments is
an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research
team
- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and research
methodologies
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of the web-based technostress
assessment system
- Support the implementation of system features, including data
collection, storage, and analysis modules
- Help integrate survey instruments and assessment tools into the web
application
Conduct testing,
debugging, and system improvements
- Assist in data processing, visualization, and basic statistical
analysis
- Document system features, development processes, and research
outputs
- Support the research team in preparing reports, presentations, and
related project deliverables
- Perform other research-related tasks as assigned by the project
leader
