Qualifications:
- Must possess
at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information
Technology or any related field
- Background in
information systems research, digital transformation, ICT, or related
fields is an advantage
- Experience in
conducting focus group discussions, trainings, or interviews
- Strong
documentation skills with the ability to create detailed, step-by-step
reports.
- Ability to
work collaboratively in a research environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Render a
total of 8 hours per day, with a hybrid work arrangement comprising 2 days
onsite and 3 days online every week, following the work schedule of 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM.
- Report
regularly to the project leader and team members regarding the progress of
assigned tasks and projects.
- Prepare and
submit detailed and comprehensive documentation, including step-by-step
procedures, system designs, and development progress.
- Assist the
project lead in the preparation of quarterly reports and terminal
reports.
- Assist in
data collection and analysis related to digital transformation
- Conduct
surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions with barangays or public
sector
- Review
literature and contribute to research documentation
- Ensure
ethical standards in research data handling and participant
confidentiality
- Collaborate
with the research team for report writing and dissemination of
findings
- Participate
in team meetings, provide updates, and contribute to project discussions
and decision-making processes.
