Qualifications:
- A graduate of
any Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Strong
time-management skills;
- Knows how to
utilize the LaTeX software system for typesetting documents (in
mathematics);
- Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills;
- Prior
experience in performing related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Searches and
prints necessary papers needed by the project leader;
- Calendars
activities related to the implementation of the project;
- Records
minutes of meetings of researchers of the project;
- Encodes
outputs of the project;
- Helps in the
distribution of the project supplies to the different researchers under the
research program/project;
- Assists in
the preparation of project progress/accomplishment reports;
- Prepares
communications, financial documents (T.O., DV, PR, JOR, etc);
- Follow-up and
expedite financial, administrative and procurement transactions related to
the project/projects under the 2025 CMPTS- ResProGraThAA
program;
- Performs
other tasks related to the implementation of the project as assigned by the
Project Leader
