Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or any related field.
• Background in information systems research, digital transformation, ICT, or related fields is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a research environment
• Assist in data collection and analysis related to digital transformation
• Conduct surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions with barangays or public sector
• Review literature and contribute to research documentation
• Ensure ethical standards in research data handling and participant confidentiality
• Collaborate with the research team for report writing and dissemination of findings
