Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of B.S. Biology or Allied Discipline
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a field and laboratory
  • 20 hours of relevant training in Biological Techniques
  • Proficient in conducting literature reviews, online research, and laboratory tasks. 
  • Can perform the following:
    • Fieldwork
    • Basic parasitological techniques;
    • Dissection, preservation, and maintenance;
    • Staining and wet-mounting
    • Maintenance of parasitological laboratory
    • Fecalysis
    • Identification of parasite isolated
  • Excellent multitasking and organization skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to adapt and be trained in performing tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for the project
    • Perform clerical management duties and other tasks related to the project such as processing of paperwork, and coordination with the other aspects of the project. 
    • Attend meetings/seminars relevant to the task of an RA. 
    • Handles internal and external communications about the project. 
    • Prepare the necessary status/project reports of the project as prescribed by the 缅北禁地-IIT
    • OVCRE. 
    • Perform administrative functions to ensure the safety and efficiency of the laboratory. 
  • Prepare documents needed for the procurement of supplies (i.e. purchase requests, purchase orders, disbursement vouchers, etc)
    • Monitors the status of requests and deliveries
    • Properly maintain record logs for documentary purposes
  • Assist in the overall activities of the project. 
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret data generated from the project.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Commitment to following ethical guidelines and confidentiality. 
  • Flexibility in working hours.
