Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be efficient in time-management
  • Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, flexible, and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision
  • With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows:

    - Solving problems and making decision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support data collection, management, and documentation of program-related activities
  • Assist in the logistical needs of scholars and project events
  • Perform clerical tasks to support the efficient functioning of the program
  • Maintain a database of scholars’ personal data and academic records using the prescribed forms and submit information to SEI with necessary
  • Prepare and submit reports as requested by SEI
  • Travel as required for DOST-related matters
