Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be efficient in time-management
  • Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, flexible, and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision
  • With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows:

    - Solving problems and making decision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in the planning and execution of program activities.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and assist in data analysis for program improvement.
  • Monitor the academic performance of scholars using the prescribed forms and submit reports to SEI at the end of each academic term.
  • Track graduate scholars using the prescribed forms and submit reports to SEI at the end of each academic term.
  • Prepare and disburse scholarship funds in accordance with sub-LIBs and accounting and auditing regulations
  • Submit duly audited quarterly financial reports to SEI promptly
  • Prepare and submit reports as requested by SEI
  • Travel as required for DOST-related matters
