Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• At least graduate of 4-year allied course
• Knowledge and skills of statistical tools (i.e., SPSS, MPLUS, EQS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects and reviews related literature
• Assists in the collection of data and surveys
• Organizes and clean data
• Assists in the encoding of research paper revisions
• Assists in the preparation of progress/accomplishment reports
• Prepares communications and financial documents (TO, DV, PR, JOR, etc.)
• Performs statistical analyses of data (i.e., Exploratory Structural Equation Modeling; Confirmatory Factor Analysis; Regression) using MPLUS and SPSS software 
• Performs other tasks related to the project as assigned by the Project Leader
