Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field
- Must have
research background or demonstrated interest in research, particularly
halal research
- Proficiency
in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) for data
management
- Good
organizational and time management skills
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist in
conducting literature review related to the research project
- Assist in the
preparation of the presentations for meetings, conferences, and
seminars
- Design and
lay-out publication materials for dissemination through social media
platforms, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines
- Assist in
preparing toolkits and protocols for data gathering
- Assists in
the preparation of progress/accomplishment reports
- Assist in
coordination and supervision of fieldwork activities, including training
enumerators and monitoring data gathering
- Organize,
collate, and encode responses from the questionnaires and interviews into
designated databases or spreadsheets
- Perform
administrative tasks related to the research project such as preparing
communications, follow-up documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining
project documentation (minutes of the meetings and photos), ensure timely
follow up on documents, and processing necessary documents
- Prepare and
process the documents required during the fieldwork such as itinerary,
travel order, and others
- Performs
other tasks related to the project as assigned by the Project
Leader.
