Project Title: Project Study for a Five-Year Discipline-based Roadmap for Sociology in the Philippines

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Relevant Experience
  • Must have a good oral and written communication skills;
  • Must be efficient in time management
  • Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, flexible and can work undertime pressure and with minimal supervision;
  • With knowledge in computer office applications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • assist in the preparation of WFP
  • prepares & submits WFP Quarterly Assessment Reports
  • prepares budget proposal/line item budget
  • prepares PPMP for submission to Bids & Awards Committee 
  • Prepares budget utilization request status and obligation request status for attachment to payroll, travels, reimbursements, purchase order and other documents that needs BURS or ObRS
  • prepares disbursement vouchers for travels, reimbursements and other documents
  • prepares job order and purchase request for supplemental PPMP
  • prepares necessary documents for attachment as basis for any report
  • prepares documents needed for the reimbursements
